The Jasmine Family Hostel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for senior travelers like myself. The hotel's decoration was tastefully done, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with ramps and handrails available for support. It made my stay worry-free and enjoyable.
It would be great if the children working at the hotel could provide more assistance and information tailored specifically for senior travelers. This would ensure a smoother and more convenient vacation experience for older guests like myself.

I had a great value for my money at Jasmine Family Hostel. The room was clean and I enjoyed a peaceful stay in a quiet part of town. The staff were helpful and made me feel welcome.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

Rooms at Jasmine Hostel (if you manage to get one) are modern and well equiped.
Even if we had a reservation, on our arrival there were no free rooms and they gave us a room in a "friend" nearby hotel. We weren't the only people that had these problem (at least two more people were in the same situation). We don't now why they adhere Booking if after all they do not respect reservations. - When we were given a room in the other hotel we accepted as they assured us that "room's characteristics were almost the same to theirs" (we couldn't see any room as there were no free room in the hotel). - Afterwars we new that we had been given a single room (paid for a double one) with no hot water, etc, etc. - When tried to speak to hostel manager to try arrive to an agreement concerning the price he didn't want to hear about us saying that we had to assume the situation as we had accepted it. We were the responsible of the situation!!! - Finally we decide to quit the hostel in advance (even if we had already paid the reserved nights) to avoid further problems. To avoid.

Very nice place to stay for a visit to Siem Reap. Relaxing atmosphere near the swiming pool and reception area. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. I think this hostel has perfect value/cost ratio.
A little bit shocking last 100m from the main street to the entrance of hostel. The feeling like you are coming to the garage or car repair station:)

Loved the excursions, they made me feel so important with their hairdressers on the temple walls. The volunteers were a hit, helping with everything but my hair. The rooftop restaurant had a refreshing breeze and clear information, just what I need.
Such a shame the plumbing was a bit questionable, but hey, at least I got to experience the joys of putting paper in the bin. So fancy.

Very clean and spacious room and toilet
The breakfast was just about qualifying to be a breakfast. "Fruit salad" as served in breakfast comprised a slice of pine-apple, another of watermelon and one more of a banana. Well that apart, the staff was cordial.

I met local people, visited a flooded forest, danced like a Khmer girl, helped in isolated villages, and learned to cook Khmer food. Fantastic!
Oh, just had a delightful time paying for butter and jam and being scammed by the staff. So charming.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even doubling as tuktuk drivers for temple visits. The swimming pool was a refreshing way to cool off after a day of exploring, and the rooms were comfortable and good value. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying.
Felt right at home here, no complaints at all.

The hotel offered two amazing amenities that made my New Year experience unforgettable. the pool area was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a long day of exploring. the restaurant served delicious food, with a variety of options to choose from. It was a great convenience to be able to enjoy tasty meals without having to leave the hotel. the hotel's location was key, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city center. It was the perfect place to escape and enjoy some tranquility.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the staff were not very friendly or accommodating.

It was wonderful. Run by a Cambodian family employing people from local villages. Food was really good. lovely swimming pool and garden with a really nice social area. great opportunity to chat with others so really good for those travelling alone. I heartily recommend this hotel if you want an inexpensive experience. Very convenient for both town and temples with a ready supply of tuk tuks always ready outside.

The server is really kind, they help me to give the call to the boat company when their pick up was much later. The swimming pool is clean and the environment is very peaceful. I like it very much, for this price it's perfect.
A little bit far from central market, need 15 min by walk
